What this application is

This is a private studio management application belonging to Kathrine Leong Piano Lessons in Tokyo, Japan. It exists so the piano teacher can organise her own lessons, schedule, student records, and billing. It is not offered as a service to the public, and no accounts are issued to students, parents, or visitors.

Who may use it

Access is limited to the teacher and to anyone she directly authorises. Signing in, or attempting to sign in, without her permission is not allowed.

Connected Google account

The teacher may connect her own Google Calendar so that lessons recorded there appear in the studio schedule. That connection is made by her, applies only to her own account, and can be withdrawn by her at any time from her Google account permissions page. How the resulting information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Lessons, fees, and payments

Figures shown in this application are a record of the studio arrangements the teacher has agreed with each family. They do not themselves create, alter, or replace those arrangements. Questions about lesson times, fees, cancellations, or payments should be raised with the teacher directly.

Availability and warranty

The application is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It runs on third-party hosting and may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or an outage at a hosting provider. It is a convenience for running the studio, and the teacher remains the authority on the schedule and on what is owed.

These terms may be updated as the application changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
